Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome. We ask that you:

• Please bag all waste

• Waste bags go in the outside garbage

• No pets on couches or in beds

• Do not leave pets outside unattended

• Clean all pet bowls before checkout

Please note: An additional $50 charge will be applied if dog waste is left in the yard. Disposable waste bags are available in the shed.

Also, be aware that dogs are not allowed on Falmouth beaches from May through October. The penalty is $50 town fine.

• Turn on and load the washer. Be sure not to overpack the drum.

• Add liquid detergent and softener into the dispenser.

• Close the dispenser and press start.

• When using the dryer, add a dryer sheet and choose a cycle that best fits your needs.

• Rinse and fill the reservoir with water.

• Press the power button to start heating the water.

• The red "heating" light will appear while it is warming up and will turn off once it's done.

• Lift the handle of the machine and insert a K-cup.

• Close the lever and place a cup on the drip tray.

• Press the appropriate brew size button and wait for the brewing to finish.

• Turn the TV on by pressing the red power button on the TV remote.

• Turn the cable on by using the cable provider remote.

• Press the guide button to navigate through channels.

• To access streaming services, press the home button on the TV remote and select the desired streaming service. You will need to log in your own streaming service account. Be sure to log out of the streaming services before you check out.

We do not allow smoking on the property. This includes vaping or electronic cigarettes. Management reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee for failure to comply.

Yes, there is free wi-fi at the house. Please refer to your Welcome Packet for instructions on how to connect.

Pool hours are 10am - 6pm.

Checkout is at 10am. Before you check out, please be sure to:

• Put any dishes in the dishwasher and start it.

• Strip beds and put sheets in the washer and start it. You can leave towels in the bathroom.

• Please empty the refrigerator and bring trash to the bins.

• Turn off the lights.

• Lock and close the door. Return the keys.

• If you brought a pet, please make sure any waste has been scooped up and disposed.

Garbage day is on Tuesdays. Please take the bins out the night before. Garbage bins are location on the side of the house. Extra garbage bags are kept under the sink.

Recycling is on the following days: July 2, July 16, July 30, August 13, August 27.

Please place the following items in recycling:

• Plastic bottles

• Plastic jugs

• Glass jars

• Aluminum cans

• Paper & cardboard

• No plastic bags
